Why did my crazy ex contact my therapist?
Why did my narcissist, borderline or histrionic wife contact my therapist without my knowledge or permission?
Well, Crazy does crazy things. It’s a combination of their control issues and lack of boundaries. Yes, Crazy wants to control you in the relationship. Crazy also wants to control the information you share with others including your therapist.
Some clients’ exes and partners have contacted me. They want to tell me what diagnoses my clients have and what I “need” to tell their partners or exes. CRAZY.
